Has Milius set up a trap to get Big Alice in Snowpiercer Season 4?

Admiral Milius is up to something big in Snowpiercer Season 4. Could that be to get his hands on Big Alice? Does he want to destroy New Eden?

Admiral Milius appears to be a step ahead of everyone in Snowpiercer Season 4. He is coming in with a much bigger plan than everyone else, and it looks like he’s played Layton and co. straight into his hand. Is it possible that taking Liana had nothing to do with her but everything to do with Big Alice?

Milius doesn’t seem to have any need for Liana. Even Nima hasn’t mentioned this baby. The two are focused on this Gemini gas, and it’s clear that there is some sort of bigger agenda for Milius. Is this connected to whatever is wrong with his Animal Squad? It would make sense. He hasn’t once mistreated his Animal Squad since getting on Snowpiercer.

Taking Liana was a way to lure Layton to him in Snowpiercer

While we know a member of the Animal Squad took Liana with Dr. Headwood, Milius wasn’t there. Ben, Till, and Audrey talked about how Miles overheard Milius saying something about New Eden, suggesting that he wanted to destroy the colony.

Maybe Milius doesn’t want New Eden to succeed. He likely knows that New Eden is powered by Big Alice’s engine, and getting that will mean that New Eden is certain to fail. He would just need a reason for someone to bring Big Alice to him, and the easiest option would be Layton.

By taking Liana, Milius knows that Layton will act first and ask questions later. He just probably doesn’t expect to see Ruth, Alex, and even Josie join him.

Why would Milius want Big Alice in Snowpiercer?

It doesn’t make sense for Milius to want New Eden to fail, though. The only reason it could make sense is if he knows he and his Animal Squad wouldn’t be able to live there. Why not just go straight to New Eden and destroy it, though?

This suggests that he wants Big Alice instead. We all know that Snowpiercer can be retrofitted to help with Nima’s plan, so that means that Big Alice is likely for something else.

I’ve always had a theory that Wilford is working with Milius and the Animal Squad in some way. What are the chances that the Animal Squad came across Wilford’s service cart and he shared everything that had happened to him? Is Wilford’s focus getting Snowpiercer and Big Alice back together?

Right now, we don’t know enough about Milius to figure out what he wants. It just certainly seems like Layton and co. have played right into Milius’s hands and that he’s always wanted Big Alice delivered to him.
