NCIS: Tony & Ziva picks up off the back of Ziva David returning to Paris to her daughter and Tony DiNozzo. There is a lot to deal with personally after she faked her death in an attempt to protect Tali. However, there is other trouble on the horizon.

The new NCIS spin-off has started filming in Budapest. Not only has the show found its pre-teen Tali, but it’s added other cast members as series regulars.

The series will still head to just Paramount+ rather than getting a CBS linear outing. Of course, we’ve seen those plans change before. Just look at NCIS: Sydney. However, we’ve also seen the likes of Criminal Minds: Evolution remain as a Paramount+ series, so there is a chance that NCIS: Tony & Ziva will follow suit.

New series regulars joining NCIS: Tony & Ziva

As well as being an international series, the show has an international cast. There are Russians, British, and French among the cast, according to Deadline.

The series has found its pre-teen Tali. Isla Gie from Foundation will take on the role. The 12-year-old is fed up of being treated like a child, and she is often more vigilant and intuitive than the adults give her credit for. Now it’s time to prove them wrong, especially as she heads on the run across Europe with her parents.

Shadow & Bone’s Amita Suman will join the series as Claudette, the Chief Technical Officer at Tony’s private security firm. She will crack any code or solve any problem that comes her way.

Coronation Street’s Terence Maynard will play therapist Dr. Lang. He helps his patients deal with severe traumas. Will he be someone to help Ziva and Tony rebuild trust after everything that happened?

Maximilian Osinski will play Boris, a Russian expat who is one of the best and most elusive hackers in the world. He enjoys anonymity rather than polite society.

Nassima Benchicou will play former French intelligence agent Martine. She plays both sides of a conflict to protect her own self-interest, which could make her both an ally and a threat to Tony & Ziva.

Every show needs a computer programmer, and Bridgerton’s Julian Ovenden is that in NCIS: Tony & Ziva. Jonah is charming and decisive. Seeing the ways the world is broken, Jonah figures out the ways to fix it all.

How about someone from the Special Air Service (SAS)? Sophie is that, played by The Watch’s Lara Rossi. She is hyper-vigilant, and she will be a main caretaker for Tali throughout the series. That means we’re sure to see her in action.

Finally, any show that takes place in Europe needs an Interpol agent. James D’Arcy takes on the role of Henry, who has spent his whole career chasing international criminals. He is 100% career focused, happily married to his job with no time for a wife and kids.
