There's isn't a new episode of My Life Is Murder on tonight, and the series may not return

We have had a lot of fun over the course of the last eight Mondays. We’ve followed Alexa Crowe on a variety of murder investigations, with the last two episodes of My Life Is Murder Season 4 putting her on the wrong side of the investigation.

As much as we would love more to the story, there isn’t going to be any this week. There is no new episode on Monday, July 29. The previous two episodes were the two-part Season 4 finale. That means a wait for new episodes.

That’s if there will be more episodes. The Season 4 finale certainly seemed like a series finale. What are the chances of Season 5 happening?

My Life Is Murder brought closure for Alexa Crowe

The two-part Season 4 finale brought the past up again for Alexa Crowe. As she investigated a group of women called The Widows Club, she brought up the fact that her husband had died as well. This isn’t something she talks about a lot, but it was the perfect in for the investigation, and she used it.

Well, little did she know but her past would come up even more in the episode. A man turned up that Alexa knew. Ray turned out to be the man who killed her husband all those years ago.

This gave Alexa chance to gain closure, and it wasn’t to get revenge. Instead, she focused on telling Ray everything he had done to her through his chosen actions. Sadly, he ended up murdered, and Alexa was the last known person to see him. Harry had no choice but to name her as a suspect in the murder of Ray, even though he knew she didn’t do it.

Fortunately, the real murderer was found. On top of that, Alexa had a beautiful moment with Madison, Harry, and Reuben as she shared what they mean to her. It really felt like a series finale, but I would love more My Life Is Murder.
