Perfect Wife: The Mysterious Disappearance of Sherri Papini gets a Hulu release date
You know how the story eventually came to an end. Sherri Papini faked her abduction. Now it’s time to see how the buildup led to the reveal as Hulu brings us Perfect Wife: The Mysterious Disappearance of Sherri Papini.
At first, the disappearance felt like a real abduction. Her husband Keith had no idea what had happened, and naturally, he become the main suspect at first. One thing fiction will tell you is that it’s usually the spouse—and that’s because even in real life, it usually is.
This time it wasn’t. But when Sherri returned alive, spidey senses started tingling. People started getting suspicious, and that included Keith as he realized that his wife wasn’t telling the full truth.
Perfect Wife: The Mysterious Disappearance of Sherri Papini comes to Hulu in June
The three-part docuseries will drop on Hulu later this month. All three episodes will be available to stream on Thursday, June 20.
The first episode starts with the initial search in 2016. Of course, as the search continued, everyone feared they were looking for a body. It turned into questions about murder.
Then suddenly, Sherri turned up. The second episode delves into that, with the questions that arose after she returned. While Keith was happy to have his wife back, there were elements of her story that didn’t add up. He wanted to know who took her and why, and that’s what the cops wanted to know, too.
We then jump to 2020 in the third episode. As Keith and Sherri attempt to rebuild their life, the police figure out something interesting. It’s time for the full truth to come out.
It all became a question of how much you really know the people in your life. Watch how it all unfolded in the three-part docuseries.
