Tracker is new tonight, but it's on at an earlier time (March 24)

Sunday nights have become a lot more fun with the inclusion of Tracker. There is a new episode on tonight, but it’s going to air at a slightly earlier time.

The Equalizer is taking a night off tonight, Sunday, March 24. It’s not all that clear why, but it’s likely linked to scheduling needs. This would usually lead to a rerun of the series, and while there is one, it’s not at the usual time.

Instead, CBS realizes that having a rerun and then a set of new episodes of other shows isn’t a good idea for the linear ratings. So, CBS is pulling Tracker forward to 8 p.m. ET/PT. Likewise, a new episode of CSI: Vegas will air at 9 p.m. ET/PT instead. The rerun of The Equalizer takes up the last slot of the night.

What to expect in Tracker Season 1, Episode 6

The new episode will see Colton team up with a rival. Billie is a fellow reward tracker, and it turns out that she is the only one Colton has lost out to in the past. He is not willing to let that happen again, and it looks like he’ll team up with her in an attempt to find it for himself.

What’s the case? This one is a little different to the types of cases we’ve seen Colton take on in the past. He’s tracking down a missing racehorse.

The move to an earlier time is going to be a great test for the success of the series. It is possible that CBS could be planning a change to the schedule in the 2024–2025 season and wants to see how well Tracker performs in the earlier timeslot. Yes, this series has already been renewed, so we can’t see this change being too detrimental for one week.
