We’re ready for another season of crazy saves and antics. The 911 Season 8 premiere airs tonight, Thursday, Sept. 26.

This is not a season you’ll want to skip out on. A lot of change is happening, mainly with Captain Bobby Nash no longer the captain of the 118. Captain Gerrard is back, and this isn’t a good thing for any members of the 118. There’s nobody he’s going to like with his racist and homophobic ways.

Where’s Bobby? This series is about to get meta!

How to watch the 911 Season 8 premiere

After a successful season on ABC, 911 Season 8 is staying there. It will kick off TGIT again, with the first episode airing tonight, Thursday, Sept. 26 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

If you happen to miss the series live, don’t worry. You can watch it the following day on Hulu. Episodes drop at 3 a.m. ET/12 a.m. PT on Fridays.

What to expect in the 911 Season 8 premiere

We are jumping straight into a major, crazy call. We’ve seen a lot of trailers that involve bees, and we’ll get to see why in this new episode. During a party, a bunch of killer bees are released. Uh oh!

We’ll also get to catch up with Bobby, who is working as a consultant on a TV series. This is where things get meta. The show is going to be out of this world crazy, which is sure to be annoying for Bobby as a firefighter. I guess we’re going to forget about all the crazy situations Bobby has found himself in over the last seven seasons.

We can tell from the promo photos that Bobby and Athena are going to be in a new house. This isn’t going to have the same feel as the old one, but when you burn down a house, you have to be consistent with the time it takes to rebuild.
