How to watch the SWAT Season 7 premiere live online
The long wait for the SWAT Season 7 premiere is finally over. The premiere airs tonight, and you will not want to miss a beat of it.
This first episode sees Hondo and some of the team in Mexico. There are some major changes for the (confirmed) final season. We’ll see two vets demoted to recurring guest star while a guest star is promoted to series regular. However, all characters will get a good sendoff. That’s something we’ve been promised, and we’re holding the writers to it.

What to expect in the SWAT Season 7 premiere
This episode will see Hondo and the team head to Mexico. There’s a fugitive there that the team needs to get back to the States. Of course, things don’t go to plan, and it turns into Hondo having to save a witness who is tied to that case.
This is a two-part season premiere, so the second half of the story will be told next Friday, Feb. 23.
"The team heads to Mexico to escort a fugitive back to the States when things go awry and Hondo has to save an old witness who tied to the case."
This is only a 13-episode season, which was always the case when it was saved from cancellation. The strike action hasn’t changed that. We just want it to be a good ending for each of the characters.
SWAT airs Fridays at 8/7c on CBS.
