Blue Lights Season 2 has already kicked off with drama and death. The cops will have their work cut out for them as they deal with gangs claiming territories and trying to fill the void the takedown of the McIntyre gang led to.
Caution: There are spoilers from Blue Lights Season 2, Episode 2 in this post.
Tensions are running high for Dixon’s crew. Annie and Shane were called out to a fire at a house, which led to them rushing in to save two people trapped. It turned out that those two people were Dixon’s girlfriend and son.
It didn’t take long for Dixon to learn who had set the fire, and we also learned who the fire was actually for.
Dixon learns who set the fire in Blue Lights Season 2, Episode 2
The second episode brought us answers before the end. Dixon walked into Lee’s pub to find out what Lee was thinking. Before this, Lee had arranged for the band to give his fallen soldier friend a solid goodbye. However, the parade wasn’t sanctioned by the police or even by the local gangs.
Dixon headed into Lee’s pub for answers. It was clear that Lee was attempting to set up some sort of turf war, and now Dixon wanted to make sure Lee paid for that. The dues that Lee would have to pay were increased.
That’s when Lee passed the keys to Dixon’s house across the bar. He was the one to set the fire in the home, but he didn’t actually want to hurt Dixon’s girlfriend and son. Dixon was the target, but he just happened not to be in the house at the time. It’s clear to Dixon in that moment that he is losing control of Lee.
Of course, the end of the episode brings another huge moment. Dixon is killed, and now the cops will have to figure out who did it.
Blue Lights airs two episodes were week on Thursdays on BritBox.
