The CBS schedule will see some changes this week, mostly due to Thanksgiving. However, there is the odd show airing, and Watson season 2 is one of those odd shows. You won’t want to miss the episode tonight, Monday, Nov. 24.
While The Neighborhood and FBI are taking the night off, DMV and Watson will still air new episodes. The two episodes will follow the Everybody Loves Raymond reunion special, which will take over 90 minutes of CBS programming tonight!

What to expect on Watson season 2 tonight?
This is certainly set to be a major episode of the show, and it’s a shame that it falls on such an odd week. After all, with FBI not airing, it doesn’t bode well for the final show of the night.
Watson’s father will make an appearance on the episode. Clarke Peters guest stars as Hamish Watson, set to introduce John to Annabelle, his protégé. However, it turns out that he doesn’t just want John to meet his protégé. There is a medical question mixed in there.
Annabelle is suffering from musically induced blackouts. Watson needs to get to the bottom of the medical issues while also dealing with his father. There’s a reason he hasn’t mentioned his dad before! There are some long-standing tensions between father and son, but John needs to do everything he can to ignore his own feelings to help Annabelle.

Watson still has at least two more episode to go
CBS hasn’t been all that clear on when the fall finales will air, but we know that after tonight’s episode, there are at least two more to go. Watson season 2 will air on Monday, Dec. 1 and then on Monday, Dec. 8.
That’s when the show is likely to go on its fall break, but we’ll know more when the schedule comes out. The CBS press site only takes us up to the week of Monday, Dec. 8 at the time of writing this.
The winter break is coming, and when it returns, there is some disappointing news. Watson is moving to Sundays, airing at 10 p.m. ET/PT. This is a concern, as that timeslot is a death sentence for a lot of TV shows, and with the current ratings not being the strongest, it almost suggests that Watson won’t get a third season. However, CBS won’t make decisions until around April or May, so there is still time for viewers to tune in and prove that more is needed.
Watson currently airs on Mondays at 10/9c on CBS.
