The synopsis isn’t all that much to go on. We know that it’s a young woman from a Russian community. The term “insular” suggests that this is a community that isn’t going to take kindly to the police showing up, and the community certainly isn’t going to be happy about this young woman talking to the police. She’s in direct danger because of it, and she’s probably not going to want to talk at first.

However, it turns out that the case will linked to a cold case that Lincoln and his team previously worked on. This is from about five years ago, so a time before the Bone Collector. It’s going to be one that Lincoln will want to solve. No detective wants an unsolved case hanging over their heads.

Judging from the promo, there are likely going to be a few missing cases that pop up throughout the episode, all linked to this one murder. It’s no wonder the community will want to keep the police away.
Meanwhile, the synopsis tells us that the Bone Collector’s secret is discovered. Well, we already know who the Bone Collector is and why he is after Lincoln, but it sounds like someone else is going to find out the secret. Will that be his wife? It would be too early for someone in the force to find out about the Bone Collector unless that someone becomes the next victim. I’m assuming the wife.
