Of course, it wouldn’t be an episode of NCIS without a dead body. What starts as a mystery involving a coin turns into a mystery involving a long-dead body. Hmmm, what is the story?

That’s something for the team to figure out. In an attempt to do that, they decide to relive the retired Naval officer’s story. Judging by the images of the episode, Torres is taking on the role of the officer and Bishop is going to be the officer’s lover. Gibbs and Sloane seem to be the lover’s parents.
