Harper certainly isn’t interested in the orders for the episode. The last thing she wants do to is be stuck in a room with a bunch of stupid kids. She’d rather be on the streets dealing with the real criminals. However, she’s about to get a tougher case of the week than she thought.

When she and Nolan head to the prison with the juveniles, they’re not expecting a prison riot. Now it’s all hands on deck to keep the lives of everyone safe as the prisoners break free and take over the place; albeit temporarily.

Meanwhile, Nolan has to deal with a personal problem. This will likely be something he brings up now and then, and likely to the juveniles or even the hardened criminals. Grace fails to introduce him to her ex-husband, which makes him second guess everything about their relationship.

I’m intrigued by how the situation plays out. Why does Nolan expect to be introduced to Grace’s ex-husband right now? With grown children, it’s not like they need to necessarily figure out a way to co-parent. Could Grace just want to keep her past relationship and her current relationship separate like many of us would like?
