It’s going to be an action-packed episode. Now granted, this isn’t the finale originally envisioned. There were meant to be two more episodes after this, but production shut down early due to the coronavirus. However, it seems like we may get a major ending that catapults us into the second season.

The previous episode saw Malcolm arrested, but it looks like he may get himself out of jail. Of course, Gil and the team will know that Malcolm didn’t kill the guy. They just need to find a way to prove that.
Once Malcolm does get out of jail, he’s going to be out for revenge. It looks like after a visit from the Girl in the Box, who apparently views him as the Boy in the Basement, he is going to take the fight to Nicholas Endicott. What are the chances of him killing the man that has been killing in secret for decades?
Malcolm isn’t the only Whitly looking to take Nicholas down. It looks like all of Martin’s privileges have been taken away after he’s told the story of Endicott to Jessica, Ainsley, and Malcolm. He’s going to want to get some sort of revenge, and he’ll need to make sure his family is safe. Jessica and Ainsley will play their part in hopefully bringing Endicott to justice.
