While this didn’t start as a crime drama, it became one during Season 3. That crime drama element continues throughout the fourth season, as Winston works on proving Monty didn’t kill Bryce after all.
American Monster
American Monster returns with its fifth season. The series follows some of the most terrifying criminals, the ones that hide in plain sight. With personal movie footage, viewers get to see the normal lives before delving into the astonishing crimes and interviews.
The Season 5 premiere brings us the story of Mark Corona and Paul Stoepple, two cousins with a bond as close as brothers. That bond is severed when one of them is murdered in cold blood. It’s up to home movies and CCTV to work out what happened.
You can check out on Sunday, starting with a rerun of Season 4, Episode 4 at 8/7c and then running into the Season 5 premiere on 9/8c.
Liar
Finally, you’ll want to turn your attention to Sundance Now. If you missed it during the week, Liar Season 2 premiered. You can catch the episode right now.
If you did miss the first season, there’s even better news. You can watch the full first season on Amazon Prime Video right now with your Prime membership. Or you can watch on Sundance Now and then follow with the Season 2 premiere immediately.
