Hightown is on the list of the five TV crime dramas to watch this weekend
With it being a new weekend, you’re likely looking for something new to check out. There are plenty of TV crime dramas, whether you’re looking for a show to binge-watch or you need a new Lifetime movie. There are also a couple of finales to check out.
There is something for everyone this weekend, July 11 to 12. For the most part, you will need a streaming service or premium cable network, but that’s not the case for all.
Here are the five TV crime dramas to check out this weekend.
Hightown Season 1 finale
The first show to start with is one that’s airing its first season finale. Hightown Season 1 is coming to an end this weekend. You can watch the first seven episodes on the STARZ App right now. The eighth episode will air on Sunday.
If you have the app, you can check it out from midnight ET on July 12. If you wait for it to air on the channel, you’ll need to wait until 8 p.m. ET/PT on Sunday night.

Snowpiercer Season 1 finale
Another TV show bringing an end to its first season is Snowpiercer. With this show, you’ll get to watch two episodes back to back. It’s time to see whether Layton and Melanie can work together to restore some sort of order to the train.
Of course, first, Melanie needs to escape imprisonment. Nobody was happy to hear that Mr. Wilford had been left out in the cold.
The two-hour episode begins at 9/8c on Sunday, July 12 on TNT.
World’s Most Evil Killers
There are four episodes of World’s Most Evil Killers, with two of them being new episodes. If you love true crime, this is certainly a series worth considering.
The new episodes are “The Con Man Murderer” and “The Grenade Assassin.” As usual, we’ll go through the stories of the killers, with interviews from survivors and those linked to the victims. It’s also a chance to see how they were caught.
You can also watch “The Green River Killer” and “The Classified Ad Rapist” if you missed them. The episodes start at 6 p.m. ET on Reelz, but there are reruns of the two repeats from 11 p.m. ET on Saturday, July 11.
Stateless on Netflix
If you didn’t have time to watch it during the week, you can now watch all six episodes of Stateless on Netflix. The series tells the tale of four strangers who end up in an Australian detention camp. One of those is an Australian woman on the run from a cult.
There likely won’t be a second season, but that doesn’t mean this isn’t worth the watch. In fact, it’s better because the full season tells the whole story.
You can watch Stateless on Netflix now.
Obsession: Escaping My Ex
Finally, it’s all about the Lifetime movie of the weekend. Obsession: Escaping My Ex is available to watch this weekend. Celeste Desjardins stars as Madison, who testifies against her boyfriend when he’s charged with murder.
It should be over. The problem is her boyfriend, Blake, escapes from prison and now he’s after her for revenge…and maybe because he’s just so obsessed with her. Will she become his next victim?
The movie starts at 8/7c on Lifetime on Saturday, July 11.
