Which TV crime dramas are you watching this weekend?

It’s another weekend of limited options on broadcast networks. We’re still waiting for our favorite TV crime dramas to return. However, that doesn’t mean there isn’t anything to watch.

Streaming services and cable networks have us covered this weekend. It’s time to look at the five best TV crime dramas to watch from Sept. 26 to 27.

Ratched

We’ll start with the Netflix offerings from during the week. Ratched dropped its full first season, offering eight episodes to give us an origin story for Nurse Ratched.

The series is technically classed as a horror. However, there’s plenty of crime that happens within it, whether it’s murder, the removal of limbs, or drugging people. It’s one to check out this weekend if you haven’t watched it yet.

Enola Holmes

A movie that dropped during the week is Enola Holmes and is most certainly a must for TV crime dramas fans. It’s based on the book series by Nancy Springer, giving us the tale of Sherlock and Mycroft’s younger sister.

The movie covers the first book. Enola is in search of her mother while dealing with a runaway young lord. It’s a fun movie to check out, and you can watch with the whole family.

The Wrong Cheerleader

Next up is something not for the younger kids at home. Lifetime always has killer movies, and this Saturday it’s all about The Wrong Cheerleader.

When a high school cheerleader catches the eye of a new student, he seems ideal. What happens when he becomes obsessed with the cheerleader? He’ll do anything it takes to keep her to himself.

Then we have another streaming offering. Turn to Acorn TV for a binge-watch with Ban Season 2 now available. You can also check out the first season while you’re at it.

Gina is back in search for answers. This time, it involves the murder of a man in a horsebox on a beach. Who did it and why?

Joe Exotic: Tigers, Lies, and Coverups

Finally, you’ll want to turn to ID. Joe Exotic: Tigers, Lies, and Coverups is available to watch, giving us more details inside the world of Tiger King.

Joe has been willing to talk while behind bars. He is obsessed with Carol Baskin and will do anything to prove she’s guilty of murder. Meanwhile, the investigation into the disappearance of Don Lewis restarts due to some shocking new leads.
