It’s another important, topical storyline on SWAT Season 4, Episode 4

There is an important and topical storyline on SWAT Season 4, Episode 4. We also pick up with a storyline from the previous episode. You don’t want to miss the episode live tonight.

SWAT Season 4, Episode 4 is titled “Memento Mori,” which means “an object serving as a warning or reminder of death.” It focuses on the topic of the episode, which is a terrorist organization’s rogue member threatening to attack a memorial service.

More from SWAT News

The memorial service is for a famous musician who was outspoken about police brutality. Of course, this is an important topic, especially with the first episode opening with George Floyd and the Black Lives Matter protests. Something Hondo’s dad pointed out is that nothing has changed. Every generation there is a new protest, and nothing changes yet again.

Hondo wants to make sure SWAT changes for the better. However, not all civilians are going to be sure that will happen. There are a few looking at the white members of the team waiting for them to act out or do something that goes against the Black Live Matter movement.

Deacon is going to be the one facing the brunt of it, likely due to his age and the things he would have been taught as a police and later SWAT officer. He needs to prove that isn’t the case. Hondo will be there to make sure he proves everyone else wrong.

Leroy gets out of prison on SWAT Season 4, Episode 4

Meanwhile, there’s a storyline from the previous episode that comes up. Hondo refused to give a testimony at Leroy’s parole hearing, but that hasn’t stopped Leroy getting an early release. That means trouble for Hondo.

Leroy made a promise to get his revenge against his former friend. He’ll also wants his son back, but does Darryl want to go with his father or remain with Hondo?

This is going to be an episode that could tear a family unit apart and will likely see Darryl have to make some difficult choices.
