Law & Order: Organized Crime preview: The team goes after a dangerous predator
Law & Order: Organized Crime has another new case on the way this week that promises a tough case for the detectives.
The last episode had the team going against Michael Quan, the supposedly honest Chinatown businessman who really ran a criminal enterprise. Stabler went undercover as a driver for Quan’s human trafficking ring only to run into a father searching for his missing son.
It took several twists and turns, but eventually, the gang arrested Quan, who faced several charges of trafficking. Bell found herself flirting with Chinatown cop Chang, which might lead somewhere. And after seeing the father fighting to save his son, Stabler decided to reach out to Eli for more time together.
That wrapped up this brief story arc as it appears this week’s episode is another stand-alone episode but an intriguing case nonetheless.
Check out a promo and synopsis for Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 3, Episode 18
“Tag: GEN” opens a new case as a drug bust leads the task force to find a robbery scheme that targets gay men. It’s indicated a cop in the closet is a victim and Bell wants to find the perp.
The promo indicates Bell is taking this case pretty personally, which is no surprise given her failed marriage and wanting to help other LGBT cops. That has the team in a tricky undercover case that could make this a fun stand-alone episode.
"“When a drug bust goes sideways, the task force uncovers a sinister robbery scheme targeting gay men; Bell vows to help a fellow officer when he falls victim to the scheme.”"
