The synopsis tells us a little more about storylines in the episode. One of those is Aunt Vi turning to McCall’s team for help. It turns out that Aunt Vi’s masseuse is a domestic violence victim. Well, Aunt Vi isn’t just going to sit by and let someone get hurt. She wants the team to handle the situation.

As all that happens, Dante is going against orders. He wants to get justice for his friend Manny, but he’s not been given permission to do that. Well, he doesn’t care about permission. He’s taking a leaf out of McCall’s book and will do what he thinks is the right thing.

"Aunt Vi enlists the help of McCall and the team when she realizes her masseuse is a victim of domestic abuse. Also, McCall trains Dee on situational awareness and Dante goes against orders by chasing after the man who shot his friend Manny."
