Are you ready for something a little more light-hearted on a Wednesday? Good Cop/Bad Cop is the new series for you.
Leighton Meester stars as Lou, a detective in a small town where the Chief of Police is her father, played by Clancy Brown. Lou is surrounded by small town people with what should be small town problems. Only, they end up with a crime problem and Lou needs help.
Who better to come in to help her than her younger brother, Henry. Luke Cook takes on the role, and it’s clear that he has no people skills but could end up being a good detective.
This is a dramedy, though. It’s going to be something fun to get through Hump Day.

What to expect in the Good Cop/Bad Cop series premiere
The new episode will introduce us to the characters. The promo for the series is made from the pilot episode, so a lot of what you see in there is what you’ll get in the episode. A pharmacy robbery leads to a murder, and now the sibling detectives will need to work together to get to the bottom of the crime. They need to find the other man who escaped to bring justice.
Lou needs help, though. At first, she’s working alone and is surrounded by rookies. Her dad thinks this is the perfect time to bring his son back into the fold.
