What to expect in the NCIS: Sydney season 2 finale

The big case involves a World War II commemorative ceremony. The way Australia was affected in the Second World War is often overlooked by North America and Europe. The fight was on the Pacific front, with Japan affecting Australia much more than North America.

However, the people of Sydney won’t be able to commemorate the date due to the case that’s happening. There’s a missing stinger missile, and the team will need to get to the bottom of it before there’s a new attack.

We’re also ready to see how the season-long arc will wrap up, which involves someone playing dirty against the team. This is someone close to the team, which makes it a little more personal for them all.

Yes, NCIS: Sydney season 3 is happening

There is some good news going into this finale. While we’ll need to wait for new episodes, there will be some more. CBS has renewed NCIS: Sydney for a third season.

We’re sure to see it arrive in January 2026 at the earliest. This just seems to be working as a midseason series, especially on a Friday night.

NCIS: Sydney is available to stream on Paramount+.
