Murder at a prestigious school in Law & Order season 24, episode 6 (Preview)
We go from one case involving a school to another in Law & Order season 24, episode 6. Here’s what to expect in the new episode.
In the previous episode, Shaw was put in a difficult position. A murdered teacher by a student led to Shaw deciding to advocate for the student. Would it be better to put the school principal and his school on trial instead?
Now we what seems could be another Shaw-centric story. It’s another story that involves a dead teacher and a school. This one is a school for the rich, though.
Is this murder for a grade in Law & Order season 24, episode 6
Shaw points out in the promo for the episode that not everyone reacts well to being told no. Those who aren’t used to hearing the word end up doing some crazy things. Is this enough for murder? Well, it could be.
The case opens with the murder of a teacher from a prestigious school. These types of schools create competitiveness and stress. Everyone tries to get the best grade possible, but that doesn’t mean they’re willing to work for it. A lot of people have money, and they’re able to buy grades. What happens if a teacher isn’t willing to play in that system? Is that what’s happened here?
Shaw and Riley will need to look into the toxicity of private schools. As someone who went to a private school for a bit, I can attest to the toxic nature. This is sure to be a fun episode, but can we stop connecting the cases to something in one of the main character’s pasts for a while? Let’s just have a case be a case to work out.
Check out the promo and synopsis for Law & Order season 24, episode 6:
