NCIS fans have been impatiently waiting for the debut of NCIS: Tony & Ziva. While viewers still have to wait until the fall of 2025 for the 10-episode Paramount+ series, we now know when to have our popcorn ready. The series will follow Tony, Ziva, and Tali, their teen daughter. When Tony's security company in Paris is attacked, the duo must go on the run in Europe.
It seems like the show has added a strong supporting cast to back up our favorite former NCIS agents. Included in the ensemble is a therapist, the person who helps care for Tali, and the chief technical officer at Tony's company.
Still, how can we think about NCIS: Tony & Ziva without wondering about some sort of character crossover? In my opinion, Ellie Bishop, who now works for the CIA in an undercover capacity, would be the most logical choice. Bishop could certainly pop up in Europe to give Ziva and Tony a hand.
Since both Ziva and Tony have guest-starred on NCIS since departing the series, they have maintained relationships with the main cast. Ziva was lying low, pretending to have been killed in a bomb blast to keep Tali safe. She came out of hiding to save Gibbs. Then, she moved to Paris to be with Tony and their daughter. Meanwhile, Tony returned for Ducky's somber funeral episode.

Is a NCIS: Tony & Ziva and NCIS crossover possible?
Of course, if there was any way for a crossover to happen, fans would be here for it. After all, NCIS is like a family, and who doesn't love seeing a reunion? While we know that Gibbs is out of the running, seeing some sort of future crossover event would be epic for fans.
Recently, Steven D. Binder, who is the executive producer on NCIS, recently spoke with TV Insider about the possibility of getting this band back together. And it sounds ... cautiously optimistic.
“Now that it’s been shot, I would love to. I think that would be great.”
However, Binder was quick to point out that has no authority to speak for either the network or the studio about this notion. Still, he added that he often speaks with Michael Weatherly, who plays Tony. According to Binder, he feels that there is a chance for the stars to align and make this a real possibility. Fingers crossed, NCIS: Tony & Ziva fans!
