There’s no doubt that High Potential has become our favorite new series. It’s well written and it’s packed with a great cast and great chemistry. We tune in religiously on Tuesdays to watch it live.
Well, there is some bad news tonight, Tuesday, Feb. 18. There isn’t a new episode of the series on tonight, but there is a little bit of good news in terms of what’s to come. Sure, the previous episode was the season 1 finale, but it’s not over yet!
ABC will have a rerun of High Potential tonight
While there isn’t a new episode of the series on tonight, there will be a rerun. ABC is just making a few changes to some of its schedule for Tuesday nights. Since High Potential has wrapped up its first season, it means The Rookie is being pulled forward to the 9 p.m. ET/PT timeslot.
The High Potential rerun will air an hour later, going back to the timeslot it had in the fall. We’re jumping back into the third episode of the series, which saw Morgan have to figure out how a murder happened in a hotel room. There were no signs of forced entry, and there was no way in or out without people knowing. Except, was there? What about the window?
If you don’t want to rewatch this episode, the entire first season is available to stream on Hulu. Watch whichever episode you would like.
When will new episodes of High Potential air again?
In some bad news, that’s the last of the episodes for this TV season. The first season was only 13 episodes long, but there is some excellent news. There will be a second season of High Potential.
Now we just have to wait to find out when we’ll get those episodes. It would make sense for ABC to bring this show back in the fall as it was so popular, but I could see it working well as a midseason show along with Will Trent and The Rookie to give us fun Tuesday nights.
