An attack on retired cops in FBI: Most Wanted Season 5, Episode 2 (Preview)
There has been a lot of change in the FBIs already this season. FBI: Most Wanted saw the loss of another agent. Kristin Gaines is out and Nina Chase is in.
We don’t have all the details as to why Gaines left just yet. It turns out that there were some rumors about Gaines and Remy, but Remy wasn’t in the mood to answer Chase’s questions. Will this come up again?
Probably not in this episode. Instead, Ray Cannon is getting the personal storyline as we get to meet his father.
FBI: Most Wanted 5x02 promo
The promo focuses on the case that the Fugitive Task Force will need to deal with. There is a string of bombings, and they all seem to have one thing in common. They’re all targeting retired NYPD cops. This is certainly something the FBI will want to get to the bottom of as fast as possible.
Things aren’t looking great for Barnes as she walks up to the house. Just as she rings the doorbell, it looks like the house explodes. This is probably just some good cutting to make us worried about one of two OG cast members.
FBI: Most Wanted 5x02 synopsis
The synopsis tells us that the case involves the bombings and retired NYPD cops. However, it also goes a little into the personal storyline of the episode.
Ray has decided he wants to take the next step with Cora. Is this introducing her to his father? It certainly seems like it. We know we’re getting a Supernatural vet in the role of Ray’s father, Ray Cannon, Sr., and we’re here for it!
"The Fugitive Task Force launches into full gear after multiple bombings appear to be targeting retired NYPD officers. Also, Ray decides he's ready to take the next step in his relationship with Cora."
FBI: Most Wanted airs on Tuesdays at 10/9c on CBS. Catch up the following day on Paramount+.
