There's mayhem on the train in Snowpiercer Season 4, Episode 2

It was clear based on the promo for Snowpiercer Season 4 that Clark Gregg’s Milius was always going to be a major threat. We get to see the mayhem he creates in a sneak peek for Snowpiercer Season 4, Episode 2.

The premiere episode mostly focused on events in New Eden. It’s clear that those events are connected to the events on the train. After all, Dr. Headwood was working with someone from Milius’s Animal Squad.

We need to find out who the Animal Squad is and what it wants, though. That’s going to happen in Snowpiercer Season 4, Episode 2.

100 people in danger in Snowpiercer Season 4, Episode 2

The sneak peek for the episode makes it clear that lives are on the line. From the point of Milius getting on the train and the sneak peek, Melanie and Ben must get away. They are on the run in some way, and it suggests that Milius is there for Melanie specifically.

He wants to find her, and he knows how to do it. He will put people on the train in danger, and there’s one way to do that. Threaten to make people freeze.

In the sneak peek, we watch as the Animal Squad force Miss Audrey into a compartment. Till is there, and it looks like the two should be happily reunited, but there is something more serious going on. Everyone in the compartment is locked in with a whole formed from a bullet at the top of the train.

Then there’s an announcement to make sure Melanie finds out what is going on. There are 100 people in this carriage. They will all freeze if Melanie doesn’t give herself up. We cut to Melanie and Ben somewhere else in the train, making it clear that they are on the run from the Animal Squad.

Is the Animal Squad there because of Mr. Wilford? This would make sense at this point. We know that the supply cart is back, as Miss Audrey is put in it and sent to New Eden. We also know that Milius wants Melanie specifically, which suggests that this is some sort of revenge mission. Melanie put Wilford in the supply cart at the end of Season 3, so what if Wilford was found by the Animal Squad and gave them some sort of sob story about how Melanie took over the train? I wouldn’t put it past him.
