At long last, CSI: Vegas is finally here! After the long hiatus, season 3 will finally bring us answers about Josh Folsom and his innocence or guilt regarding a murder. What time is it on Sunday, Feb. 18?

When we last saw the team, Josh Folsom was arrested following the murder of the man suspected to have killed his mom. From the looks of the scene, he may be involved. However, it will be up to his teammates to investigate and determine if he is responsible for the crime.

Actor Matt Lauria has teased in an interview with TV Insider that he could have done it. He said the shock of realizing what this man did could cause something inside of him to snap. So there is a never-say-never possibility when it comes to whether or not he’s guilty.

How to watch CSI: Vegas on CBS

The answers will finally come on Sunday, Feb. 18 on CBS when the season 3 premieres at 10/9c. You can watch on FuboTV, Sling TV, and even Paramount+ live.

What to expect in the CSI: Vegas Season 3 premiere

In the episode, “The Reaper,” the team is prepared to look through “every crumb of forensic evidence to determine his innocence or guilt.”

A preview for the season 3 premiere showed one team member, Beau (Lex Medlin) trying to figure out if it is Josh, but he is reminded to focus on the evidence and not to speculate.

Even if he is found not to be guilty, it will be interesting to see the fallout of the case and how it will affect Josh’s future with his career. Whether or not he killed someone, he still went overboard in going after a witness the way he did without knowing if he was involved.

But otherwise, we hope that the outcome will allow us to see more of his character.
