5. New suspect in town?
We seem to have a new player in town. The promo sees a woman putting down her umbrella inside The Claw. We don’t get a name or any reaction from the others in the promo, so it’s not clear who she is.
Is this a spirit of some sort? Will she be a new suspect? Is she someone linked to Tiffany or even Lucy Sables? I guess we’ll have to wait and see!

4. Ryan may believe in spirits
Ghosts are real in the world of Nancy Drew. Nancy doesn’t want to believe in them, but there are others who do. And it looks like Ryan is going to become someone who believes in them.
During the promo, he mentions evil spirits coming after them to Carson. Right now, it doesn’t look like he believes in everything he’s saying, but that could change.
3. Nick becomes the next suspect
Nancy wasn’t the one who killed Tiffany. We know that, she knows that, and even most of the police officers know that. However, she’s getting herself in sticky situations.
Right now, it looks like the attention is moving away from her. The biggest focus in the Nancy Drew Season 1, Episode 3 promo is that the investigation is moving onto Nick being the suspect. That’s not all that surprising considering his motive, but it seems a little too obvious.

2. The Drew Crew could set up Nick to save themselves
As the attention turns to Nick being the suspect, George makes a point that they’re off the hook for Tiffany’s murder. It’s unlikely that Nick did it, but the Drew Crew doesn’t know that. And they don’t know all of Nick’s motives right now.
In an effort to save themselves, is it possible that they could turn against Nick? Could various members off evidence needed to keep the focus on Nick, even if he is innocent?
1. A storm has hit
There’s a storm at Horseshoe Bay. That’s not so surprising considering it’s a coastal town. If you’ve lived in any coastal town, you know that storms are common. However, this storm is a special one.
According to the synopsis, Ace shares that the storms have been known to bring spirits to the shore. Great! As if Nancy Drew didn’t have enough with what seems like the ghost of Lucy Sables.
