When a local police officer is taken hostage, the team stops at nothing to help. Meanwhile, Chris and Hondo have personal problems to deal with. Here’s what to expect in and how to watch SWAT Season 3, Episode 8.

The overall case involves the hostage-taking of a local police officer. It looks like Hicks is going to make a trade, offering himself for the hostage. After all, by the looks of things, that’s what this person who’s taken the hostage seems to want.

As for the side stories, it’s time for more focus on Hondo and Chris. These stories are following on from the previous episode. Chris reached a breaking point in her relationship with Kira and Ty. She brought up the situation in the previous episode, and now she’s going to have to make a big decision in this relationship. What choice is she going to make?

Then there’s Hondo, who continues to help his dad through the current medical situation. However, this has already caused tension within the family and it’s going to bring up more things from the past for Hondo. He’ll need to look back over his life, but his head will need to be in the case first.
