It’s time for the unplanned NCIS Season 17 finale. Christopher Lloyd guest stars in the episode, and here’s how to watch it live online.
Like many other TV shows this year, the NCIS Season 17 finale is airing earlier than expected. On top of that, it’s not the episode that was planned as the finale. That doesn’t mean you want to miss out on it live. Here are all the details you need.
NCIS Season 17, Episode 20 was the last episode that filmed before production was shut down due to the coronavirus pandemic. It seems to be a big episode to end with, too, especially where guest stars are involved.

Christopher Lloyd guest stars as Joe Smith, a man who claims that he was on the U.S.S. Arizona. The ship sank during the World War II attack on Pearl Harbor, and Joe wants his ashes interred on the ship when he dies.
The problem is that he can’t prove that he fought on the ship. During the promo, he tells that it’s up to Gibbs and co. to prove that he did fight in Pearl Harbor. It’s NCIS’s job, isn’t it?
Well, Gibbs and co. will go on a mission to prove whether or not Joe was on the U.S.S. Arizona during Pearl Harbor. How will they possibly be able to prove that? It’s going to be a big mission that involves a lot of memories and possibly some flashbacks.
Once they have proved it, will they be able to arrange for Joe to be interred there? Who has a say over that happening? I guess we’ll find out during the episode.
