Are you looking for something new to watch this weekend, May 9 to 10? You’re not alone. Fortunately, there’s plenty to watch on broadcast TV and streaming services when it comes to TV crime dramas.

Whether you have time for one or two episodes of a series or you want a full binge-watch, you’re covered. For some of these, you’re going to need access to specific streaming services. They’re worth it for the amount of TV crime dramas, with new options added each and every month.

There are options for those who don’t want new streaming services though. It’s time to give you the top five TV crime dramas to watch this weekend.

5. Sanctuary Season 1

You’ll want to get a Sundance Now subscription for this first offering. Sanctuary Season 1 is impressing many. Episode 3 dropped this week, so this weekend is the perfect time to start watching if you haven’t already.

Sanctuary is an excellent psychological thriller that sees Josefin Asplund in two roles. As Helena, she finds herself in the shoes of her twin sister Siri, in a locked-down clinic where nothing is as it seems. The problem is nobody believes that she’s Helena, and during Episode 3 she learns a little more about her identical twin sister that is sure to scare her.

4. The Rookie Season 2 finale

The majority of TV crime dramas have wrapped for the season. The Rookie is one that still has an episode to go. The season finale will air on Sunday, May 10 at 10/9c, picking up from the events of the previous episode.

The hunt begins and Nolan’s discovery is going to lead to his career and life being put on the line. How far is he willing to go to save lives?

3. NCIS: New Orleans Season 6, Episode 7

Want a rerun of a favorite TV show? CBS has you covered throughout the weekend. NCIS: New Orleans kicks things off on Saturday, May 9 at 8/7c. You’ll get a rerun of Season 6, Episode 7, titled “Boom Boom Boom Boom.”

The team, still reeling from the loss of Lasalle, needs to solve the mystery of natural gas explosions. It’s soon clear that these natural gas explosions aren’t accidents. Someone is hacking into the system but can the team figure out who it is before the next target is attacked?

2. Gold Digger Episodes 1 and 2

The first two episodes of Gold Digger are now on Acorn TV. You’ll certainly want to get a subscription to watch them, with two new episodes airing on May 11 and May 18.

Gold Digger sees Julia Ormond star as a wealthy 60-year-old woman who falls in love with a man who is young enough to be her son. Does this man want her for her or is he after her money? That’s the mystery to solve.

If you’re looking for a season binge-watch, you’ll want to turn to Amazon Prime Video. You likely already have an Amazon Prime membership for your shopping, which means you have access to Amazon Prime Video.

Upload comes across as a comedy, but there’s a murder mystery element to it. This is an excellent quick watch. With 10 episodes and most of them under 30 minutes each, you’re covered for the entire weekend.
