ClearDawn is providing false fails. Joanna has proven this for multiple women, and it’s those false fails that have led to Millwood Family Services stepping in to take children away. Now it’s time for Joanna to break this link in the chain and make the whole system fall.
It’s an area of law that Joanna is good at. Now that she has the proof she needs, she’s got far more confidence than she has throughout the whole of this case. It’s great to see her as the strong lawyer that she is, but there’s something she needs to do first.
She reluctantly agrees to put a class-action lawsuit together. This could help every parent in Millwood who has lost a child due to the failures within the system. However, it doesn’t sound like it’s something she wants to do.
Billy may be able to help
Meanwhile, Billy learns something that could help with the winning of the case. His dad steps in with some information that could break everything wide open. The question is whether Billy’s dad will give this up without argument.
There’s also the problem of Kodie running off with her children. Even if the system wasn’t working properly, Kodie would still need to answer for child abduction.
With two episodes after this, there has to be something that goes wrong before we see justice working out.
