Liar Season 2: Why couldn’t Rory look at Laura while in interrogation?

Did Rory have something to do with Andrew’s death on Liar Season 2?

After finding the storage locker of blood and evidence, Laura was arrested for murder on Liar Season 2. Rory couldn’t look at her during interrogation, but is it a sign that he’s the guilty one?

There have been a few signs that Rory is hiding something, and it looks like his son is involved. The question is whether it has something to do with the current case or if it’s just a red herring designed to throw us off?

It seems odd that Rory would do something like killing Andrew. Okay, Rory hates men like Andrew, but he’s not a killer. This is a guy who wants to have faith in a system that is flawed and broken. He wants to see people sent down the right way.

Plus, I don’t even think Rory could overpower a man like Andrew. He’d need some help.

Is Rory covering for his son?

Instead of Rory being the guilty party, is it possible that his son is? We know Rory is covering for something. Rory could know that his son is a dirty cop but family ties make him want to help his son. There’s only so far that could go. Would family ties prevent him from speaking up if an innocent person is going to go down for murder?

It still seems like Andrew has framed Laura for his murder and then killed himself because of his son’s death. However, there’s no way he could have got from the locker to the marsh with a slit throat. So, did someone kill him in the locker and then drag him to the marsh? Or is that all staged and he did it all at the marsh to make sure he was found?

There’s another player in Liar Season 2

One person we’ve overlooked is the guy who helped Andrew get away in the first place. It turns out this guy is an old university friend with a dark secret of his own. Oliver date-raped men and Andrew has video footage of it.

Oliver may have decided to take matters into his own hands. Right now in the series, he thinks Andrew has deleted all footage. If he learns Andrew has the footage, he’ll certainly have motive to kill.

This could tie us back to Rory. Does Oliver also know Rory’s or his son’s secret? Could he have used blackmail to kill Andrew and pin it on someone else?

Just as we close the door on one suspect, we have multiple more. Who did it? Who killed Andrew? Of course, it could still be Laura.
