The Suspect

We’ll start with a series on Sundance Now. On Sept. 8, the finale of The Suspect will air. Now is the perfect time to watch it for yourself. You can binge-watch the first three episodes on Monday ready for the new episode on Tuesday.

In the finale, a mistrial is declared. With the jury dismissed, a new trial has to start. Can the prosecution get everything in order or will the defense get its client acquitted?

River

Another Sundance Now offering is River, about a brilliant police inspector known as John River. While he is good at his job, he also struggles with his fragile mind. He is often haunted by his murder victims, pushing him to solve crimes to be able to put them to rest.

All six episodes are available as a binge-watch on Thursday, Sept. 10.

Coroner

The CW does have new episodes of a TV crime drama to check out. Coroner Season 1, Episode 6 airs. The previous episode left us with Jenny alone. The dog she keeps seeing is one from her past, and she got memories of her dad shooting the dog after an accident. At the same time, Donovan fears a dangerous criminal will be let out on the streets.

What’s going to happen next? You’ll find out on Coroner Season 1, Episode 6 on Sept. 9.

Wisting

Acorn TV has a few TV crime dramas to check out this week. There’s a new episode of The Sounds and three episodes of Public Enemies dropping, but you want a big binge-watch for the week, right? Turn to Wisting.

This Nordic noir drama focuses on William Wisting, who has his most challenging case yet. An American serial killer is on the loose in Norway, and an American FBI agent has arrived to help. When his daughter ends up in the hands of the serial killer, Wisting will have to do whatever it takes to capture him, dead or alive.

All 10 episodes are available from Monday, Sept. 7.

Power Book II: Ghost

Finally, it’s all about the new series that premiered on STARZ at the weekend. You can grab the STARZ App and watch it now. Power Book II: Ghost is the first spin-off in the Power series, and there are more to come.

Don’t expect the same old Power. This spin-off is about how Ghost’s shadow looms over everyone, according to Entertainment Weekly. It’s certainly worth delving into, with new episodes weekly.
