Tuesday nights have entertained us with the FBI spin-off, FBI: Most Wanted. Will there be a new episode of the Julian McMahon-led drama tonight, May 12?

As much as we initially weren’t happy that NCIS: New Orleans changed nights, the FBI spin-off, FBI: Most Wanted, has been an excellent hour of TV each week. Will we get a new episode of the TV crime drama tonight, Tuesday, May 12?

I’ll deliver the bad news first. There isn’t a new episode of the Julian McMahon-led drama tonight. May 5 saw the Season 1 finale. It was an excellent hour, that reminded us not all cases are going to have a personal connection to the team. Most of the time, it’s important for our lead characters to take their personal feelings out of the situation.

More from FBI: Most Wanted News

Now for the good news. While it’s not new, there is an episode of FBI: Most Wanted Season 1 on tonight. We’re getting a rerun of the sixth episode titled “Prophet.” This episode guest-starred Van Helsing‘s Jonathan Scarfe as a cult leader. When one of the cult leader’s wives goes on the run, she is killed by his followers. Now it’s up to Jess LaCroix’s team to figure out how to find the cult leader and bring him down.

There’s more good news for FBI fans. Most Wanted was recently renewed for a second season. The renewal came at the time of almost the entire TV crime drama lineup on CBS being renewed. The only show to be canceled was Tommy.

It’s not clear yet when the new season will air. However, the writing can start virtually now and filming can pick up as soon as lockdown restrictions are lifted. CBS hasn’t revealed its fall lineup, which so far only FOX has done.
